You should be able to use the product in real-to-digital situations, not just in your sketchbook. A big emphasis is on getting feedback from your audience about your work. If you are in the market for a new product to demonstrate that you can create digital artwork in Adobe Illustrator, you’ll want to spend some time learning how to create stunning digital artwork using this product. The best online resources are the Learning Management Systems (LMS) community to learn. These communities allow you to practice what you’re already getting a chance to showcase your talents and the skillsets that you’re already familiar and good at in the field.
This tutorial on Adobe Illustrator is from a few months back. I didn’t have a ton of time to work on it, so I put it up online (you can find the current version on the Learning Resources forum here). I’d like to be able to do a similar tutorial in the future, and you can help me out. If you’re an experienced Illustrator user, I am sure that if you ask people around you what you should know, they’ll tell you!
I wanted to start this post by saying, I love Adobe Illustrator. But…
After years of putting work into this product, I realize that I am still not sure I use it effectively. I’ve been really enjoying it for a long time, but the problem is that a lot of my work has stagnated and been mostly forgettable. I don’t use it as heavily because I don’t feel like I’m progressing as rapidly as I should.
I’m going to share a lot of tips for making better work, both for beginners and for advanced users. I will assume that you already have years of experience in Illustrator or may consider yourself a beginner. I’ll outline some of the things that I find helpful in learning how to use this product, and I’ll also have links to specific parts of tutorials that I feel help me clarify the techniques. I’m going to start from the very basics; creating shapes, creating lines, and using basic colors. I’m going to share a list of tools that can help you with getting started in Illustrator, along with a few examples of the sort of things you could add.
Basic Drawing Basics:
One of my favorite things about this product is that it’s just so intuitive. Every aspect of a line drawing can be customized in Illustrator, so it’s not like you’re going to have to learn it
