I began training in 2009 at the age of 18 and have had my qualifications since. I have held a number of certifications and I have always loved coaching. When I first started I would train 7-10 days a week, I think in the beginning that was enough but I’ve since realised the work demands can really add up.
How long does it take for you to get the results you want?
This is a tough one but from all my experience I would say, once you get a hold of what’s working for you you can really see the difference it’s making in your life. You get to see life from a new perspective and the impact it’s going to have on you.
Will you be coaching more recently when you’re not as busy with career?
Not right now but I will be and working with my clients again when I’m not in work and with my life – it’s just such a pleasure working with them!
What keeps you motivated on your job?
The joy of helping others is there for both me and clients but because of the responsibilities I have I do have to do something else and I think the work is something you have to do in order to enjoy yourself – you just have to look after yourself which is why I do it!
Any advice for aspiring coaches?
Go work, not out of life because if you work and you enjoy it you will continue to enjoy it and you will get in good enough shape to help others.

your loss and the time you have taken to help us. I understand that life, especially when you
die, is short and no matter how much you sacrifice
