There are many ways you can help, each one of which needs to be individually tailored to your lifestyle.
For instance, you could offer to set up some basic workout routines for me to try. I might take that for a test drive and come back to you with some ideas along the way. Or you might want to write a personal message for me. Just email me at [email protected]
But most importantly, do you want me to come to and see you or do you want me to give you the gift?
In the end, it doesn’t matter if you need to do more or less work because in either case, you’ll get results.
Housing Minister Paula Bennett said today she would consider the option of removing a provision that prevents Aboriginal people from being forced out of their homes in a controversial move she said would be welcomed by a majority of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
The comment on the ABC’s 7.30 program marked just the third time in three weeks that the housing minister had spoken out on the matter which had sparked widespread outrage from Labor and others.
Mrs Bennett said she had received a “sustained” campaign of calls and emails last night from people who felt “let down”.

The measure was blocked by the Howard government, but recently changed to apply to two-thirds of the nation’s population when it was struck down in the High Court.
Ms Bennett said Labor would be “very happy to consider its options on all these issues.
“I will be getting some views in the very near future.
“It was a really wonderful moment and great to be part of it, but it was a hard time for me,” said Mims. “I was just having fun and getting to know people.
