What kinds of life coaches do I have at my beck and call? 
We have many different kinds of life coaches at our beck and call.  From personal trainers, to life coaches, to exercise scientists, to personal chefs, to personal masseuses. You’ll almost always have the option to talk to a life coach.  That is because when you talk to a life coach, you want to know how they got to where they are today.  They will be able to give you the advice and tips you need.  It is important to note that you are only allowed to talk to one coach at a time, and you are never able to talk to more than ONE coach at the same time.  They will all help you get to the top level of your strength and fitness journey.
What kind of life coaches get to be with me at the beginning of my journey?

The most important part of any training program is the individual experience. 
When you talk to a life coach about your goal, they will take a look for a number of different factors that will help you reach your goals.  It is important to find the coach that will be able to help you reach your goals quickly and efficiently. You can ask a life coach to give you a head start on your training.  You will get to the top of that process before you have to talk about anything else.  That is also how I am able to stay one step ahead on my training schedule.
