Yes. Ring lights will have a low impact on the environment and are a cheap replacement for expensive and bulky bulbs. You can use the low-wattage bulbs in an array and save several hundred dollars, as all five are the same size and cost about the same. A good option is a compact or high-pressure sodium bulb (also called a “bulb”). These bulbs last longer than regular bulbs and give off less light, but it is easy to install and they don’t cost much more than their non-bulb alternatives. You also won’t have to worry about damaging the area where your ring light is located. These high-pressure bulbs do have a very short life.
Can ring lights be good for video?
Yes. If you place your ring light in the direction of your camera, you can use it as an auxiliary light and add some more functionality to your home. In addition to providing extra light from the sun, some ring lights (the most popular are the blue ones) can help you capture action in the dark. Many of these lights, which are inexpensive devices, attach to the camera to give you more power and help in the capturing of images. These are typically used by videographers in the same way ring lights are used – at night to light up the dark basement – and are good for a variety of uses.

What does an LED Ring Light Do?
LED ring lights provide you with more illumination as well as more energy-efficiency than traditional incandescent bulbs. By using LEDs instead of traditional incandescent bulbs you can get the same light output that your current incandescent is producing. LED lights don’t have the blue color that traditional bulbs do – but LED lighting is usually much more efficient than traditional bulbs to start, and is significantly more energy efficient than incandescent bulbs. Because LEDs are much more efficient, and therefore much cleaner, there have been more applications of LED lights in the past few years than ever before. You can find a list of some of the uses of LED technology, including: LED lamp for lighting outdoor landscapes
Lighting outdoor gardens
Lighting street signs
Lighting windows in apartments
LED bulbs used in kitchen and other kitchens
