In the new comic book, which is “comic-based but with a great cast of characters, and set in a fantastic science-fantasy world,” The Flash finds Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) trying to figure out what happened to his former teammate, Ronnie Raymond (Tom Cavanagh). When that is the only clue they find, they realize they’ve been hunted, and Barry races to find them and stop them.
On June 23, the first issue hits newsstands, and if you want to read it, you’ll want to be quick. You’ll get one month from the issue’s issue #4 (see a complete list of the release dates below). The Flash will also be getting a TV miniseries and an animated series at some point. If you’re a fan of The Flash, you just need to see that issue.

In “The Flash,” a new team of heroes — The Guardians of the Universe — will be joined by Barry, his speedster counterpart, Iris (Candice Patton), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), and Joe (Jesse L. Along the way, the team struggles to balance their heroic mission with their personal lives.
The DC Comics television series will air on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and on CW Seed stations.
