If we grant your boiler grant, we will need to know your contact details. You can find these using the state Department of Business and Profession (DBP) contact details in the above linked form.
If the employer refuses or is not able to grant your boiler grant, the DBP can grant the boiler grant in writing, email, etc.
You can apply as soon as possible after finding out your contact details using this form.

How can I be notified of any cancellations of my boiler grant?
You can contact the DBP via e-mail or telephone at 1-866-974-4866 to be notified if your contract is cancelled by the employer:
Please note: The boiler grant is an annual grant and can be cancelled at any time. It will remain valid for the remainder of the contract term and beyond, although after January 5, 2012, the boiler grant will no longer be payable and the work will be inoperable until the contract is re-examined or resolved by both parties.
